Forbes was born to his Father, Brandon Forbes, and mother, Sue Forbes, on 23rd July of the year 1993 in Michigan state capital Lansing, a National Historic Landmark. He is the younger one among his sibling, Erin W. Warmels.
At 33, Erin Warmels died after a long battle with Lyme disease in 2016. She was an artist who had completed her design degree at Kendall School of Arts and Design.

Another successful year got Bryn the second-team NABC All-District 12 and second-Team All-Horizon League honors. Out of 32 games that season, he scored in double digits in 26 games.
Creating new heights for his team led Cleveland to rank sixth in the Horizon League. He managed to be the other person in the league in three-point field goals made (2.5 pg) after NCAA all-time leading three-point shooter Travis Bader.
Junior Year (2014-15)
After playing for Cleaveland State for over two years, he desired to return to his home in Michigan. Also another reason is that Forbes wanted to be near his family to take care of his youngest boy and visit his ill sister.

San Antonio Spurs (2016-2020)
On July 14, 2016, after going undrafted for the 2016 NBA Summer League, Forbes joined the Spurs. At one of the NBA draft pre-workout, he made 77-out-of-100 three-pointers which made a great impression on his coach.
The highlighting factor was when he scored career-high 27 points to lead the Spur’s victory at 108-82 win. During the 2017 season, he received All-NBA Summer League Second Teams honors for his effort in NBA Summer League.

He was one of the three NBA undrafted players under 6’4″ to start a game in Spurs history. His first career win was over with Chicago Bulls, where he made 13 points in a 133-94 win.
In 2018, he re-signed with the Spurs, which greatly impacted his career. It was the year when he became the Spur’s second point guard to score in double figures in each of his first four games since Maurice Cheeks in 1989.
Another memorable point was scoring his first double-double with a season-high 24 points and career-based 11-rebounds.
